Today, in Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving. Life seems to speed by at crazy high speeds all the time and while deep in my heart, I know I’m thankful for the endless blessings in my life, I don’t always get a chance to reflect on them.
And so that’s one of the reasons I love a holiday like Thanksgiving, that is entirely devoted to spending time with your loved ones, taking time to pause and remind ourselves of all the things we have to be grateful for.
A life long family friend posted this recently to my Facebook page and I absolutely loved it and so on this Thanksgiving Monday, I thought I would share this with all of you (via Moments A Day). It goes hand and hand with the sermon series we are in at church, which I talked about last Monday. There are so many circumstances in life where we can focus on the negatives. But by changing the language of your heart to that of gratitude, we can start to focus on the positives and ultimate change the tune of our lives and those in it.
So on this Canadian Thanksgiving Monday, from my family to yours, I want to wish you a warm and very happy Thanksgiving. Today, is an easy day to choose to be thankful, But let us be challenged to let everyday be a day full of gratitude!
Love & Blessings,
