1. Rinse strawberries thoroughly in a colander2. Roughly cut 4 heaping cups of strawberries3. Using a potato masher, gently mash the strawberries 4. Add in sugar, stir gently and let sit for 15 minutes5. Slowly add in gelling powder while continuously stirring for 3 minutes6. Let sit for 5 minutes7. Stir for 1 final minute8. Store in mason jars, leaving 1 inch space at the top
